Does it support Indian statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS)?

Absolutely. GEMS HR is built specifically for Indian compliance requirements. PF, ESI, professional tax, and TDS calculations are automated. Monthly challans and annual returns are auto-prepared, keeping you audit-ready without any manual intervention.

Can employees access it on mobile?

Yes. GEMS HR comes with a mobile-first employee self-service app for iOS and Android. Employees can apply for leave, view payslips, mark attendance, update personal info, and access their documents — all from their phones.

How long does setup take?
